Licensed Professional Counselor
Kaiti WilliamsLPC
Welcome! I’m Kaiti, and I’m so glad you stopped by. I’m looking forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and figuring out the next steps together. You don’t need to arrive with everything perfectly organized or know exactly what to say. I can start wherever you are. My hope is that this work feels thoughtful, supportive, and human, with room for honest conversations, meaningful growth, and a little laughter along the way.

What a first session may feel like
Your first session is a chance to slow down and get a fuller picture of what’s been going on. I’ll review the information you shared, talk through the concerns or symptoms you’ve been noticing, and explore how they’re affecting your day-to-day life. I’ll also discuss relevant history, what has or hasn’t helped before, and what you’d like to work toward. By the end, I’ll begin shaping a plan that feels clear, realistic, and right for you.
About Kaiti
I'm Kaiti, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Vera Counseling Collective. I'm a Colorado native, an Arizona transplant, a wife, and a mom, so I understand that real life is often messy, meaningful, and fueled by reheated coffee. I created Vera to be a place where you can exhale, tell the truth about what hurts, and feel supported as you become more connected to yourself and the life you want. If you are ready to talk about that lingering pain, laugh a little, and be challenged to make changes that will lead to deeper peace, then this is the place for you.
